Baby Ginger died last Thursday. I used to have 2 bigger species of hamsters a few years back. 1 of them died when it was one year old and another died after 2 years. I cried for days. They were so lovely and I even brought them into my room when I was doing my homework at night. They ran and climbed everywhere in my room. So cute and when I whistle, they both can actually stand up and look for me like they know where am I and that I'm calling them. Cute ain't they? 

But I didn't cry that day when Ginger passed away. I was really sad but tears didn't roll down.

Ginger was my 17th Birthday present from one of my friends during my birthday bash last year. When I first saw this type of hamster, I was like, aww so adorable! So tiny! It's a Roborovski. I do still remember that my birthday bash ended at around 1a.m. and all my friends left so I just stayed up late unpacking all the gifts and presents and finally, played with this new member until like 4 o'clock in the morning. One thing I really dislike about her. She runs FREAKING fast. It's so hard to even get her and have her sitting quietly and calmly in your hands. Haha. But she is cute.

She isn't as gluttonous as the previous hamsters I had. The 2 hamsters I used to have eat WHATEVER I feed them. They don't care what it is, just squeeze in whatever they have on their hands. Ginger is much more gentle. And she doesn't eat breads and cakes like how the 2 hamsters did! Look at her tummy, so flat. And, sexy body. Lol.

Hmm. I miss her now.

Buried her body with her favourite toy ball in small garden in my house.

这是上星期在我跟爸爸妈妈回到他们家乡时，外婆给的一封“大学红包”。

我不确定，是否，每个家庭的老人家都有这传统，但，我家有。

哥哥是外婆的长孙，四年前他刚踏入大学时，外婆给了他一个红包。

今年，我也收了一个。

为何不留着让自己用？吃好一些，保养身体多一些。

从她手中接过红包，看看她的脸，再看看红包上的祝福语，让我想了好多好多。

我想。。。

收到了钱，我开心了吗？并不是因为这样。
看了多少，我失望了吗？也不是因为那样。
只是，马上想起了从小，妈妈就在我们兄弟姐妹耳边说，外婆年轻时吃了多少苦，挨了多少年。

她是一个很强的女人。

外婆未到30岁，外公就车祸去世。

她，要养的不只是她自己；还有她丈夫的父母亲，和那些还没长大的7个孩子。

她没读书，但还是很勇敢地一个女人到外面做工为了赚那少少的钱，养活一家10口。

想到了丈夫，每晚独自在房里大哭。又怎样？哭过了在新的一天还是得想办法赚钱养家。

她年轻时的命，还真苦。

苦得我无法想象。
我们没常常到柔佛外婆家，真的，一年最多也只有4次。

现在，她并不是很富裕，却不忘给我们派红包。

我说，我能不想赶快完成大学，赶快踏入社会做工，赚钱吗？

我想时间过得再快一些，好让我和哥哥能够给她比这个再大很多很多倍的大红包！

若外婆别住得那么远就好了。

没什么，简简单单的，就想说，外婆一定要长命百岁！
